Andrew Williamson is back at safety for Vanderbilt’s matchup against Mizzou on Saturday. The 6-foot-1, 212-pound senior missed both the Middle Tennessee and South Carolina games due to an arm injury.
Watching Vandy from the sidelines has been difficult for one of the team’s top defensive performers. Williamson had a total of 15 tackles leading up to his injury.
Williamson: As a teammate you want to be out there helping the team so it has been a rough past couple weeks.

He’s been a significant contributor since 2014 when he finished the season with 32 solo tackles and four tackles for loss.
Williamson is healthy and back atop the depth chart at safety. After a difficult two weeks, he’ll be back at home to finish what he started.
